⚠ Important Notice
An accessibility audit identifies barriers and provides guidance for improvement. It does not constitute a legal opinion, and no audit can guarantee full legal compliance or immunity from litigation.
Scope of Our Audits
Accessima conducts manual WCAG 2.2 audits using human-led testing, assistive technology evaluation, and involvement from disabled users where applicable. Our audits assess a defined set of pages and user journeys agreed with you at the outset. They represent a point-in-time assessment of the content tested.
Limitations
No audit — manual or automated — can guarantee exhaustive coverage of every accessibility barrier across a website. Content changes, third-party components, user-generated content, and platform updates may introduce new issues after an audit is completed. Accessibility requires ongoing attention, not a one-time review.
Compliance Disclaimer
Our reports demonstrate alignment with WCAG 2.2 AA criteria and represent a good-faith effort toward accessibility. However, they do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of compliance with any specific legislation, including the Equality Act 2010, European Accessibility Act, ADA, or Section 508. For legal advice specific to your situation, please consult a qualified legal professional.
Third-Party Content
Our audits cover content and components within the agreed scope. Third-party scripts, plugins, embedded widgets, and platforms outside your direct control may contain accessibility barriers that fall outside the scope of our review.
Remediation Responsibility
Accessima provides remediation guidance as part of our audit reports. Implementing that guidance is the responsibility of your development team or agency. We are not liable for how our recommendations are interpreted or applied.
